Who is this course for?
Our goal at Resonant Riding is to create courses and materials for riders of any level or discipline that can help them develop their own toolbox of exercises and daily training plans. We want to help empower riders with the knowledge and skills needed for creating a harmonious, fun, creative and systematic partnership with their horse and to feel confident in doing so independently.
This course covers the knowledge and skills key to our Resonant Riding philosophy including concepts such as:
Speed control
Directional control
Dressage exercises
Flow
Sequencing and combining exercises and gaits
Developing a “freestyle” to reflect on and inspire your daily training
Exploring Musicality and the Creative Process
The Nordic Mindset and how it can affect our relationship with our horses
Every horse is unique and therefore requires an approach unique to his personality and physicality
This course is for you if you want to:
Learn how to use exercises as tools to improve your horses physical and mental balance
Learn how to design your own unique training sessions using a set of universal principles
Develop in depth understanding of dressage exercises and how to implement them in a flow
Develop more freedom and spontaneity in your training within a framework of easy to implement concepts
This course is for:
All rider levels that have a horse they are working with regularly
All horse breeds
All disciplines / horsemanship styles
Anyone interested in flow psychology and the creative process

This Fundamentals Course is unique in structure and assignments with some new content, however, it does include many materials from our Level 1 & 2 Courses.

Our annual #nostirrupnovember Freestyle competition is back for the third year running! We will be offering the five divisions: Pro, Adult Amateur, Youth, Pairs, & Para.
