Resonation community resources

If you are new to our methodology this is the place to start! This content includes basic resources from both our virtual and in-person courses. Resonant Riding Level 1 & 2 Handbooks are available as apart of this package. Content covers 8 individual exercises: Shortening/Lengthening the Strides at Walk, Walk to Trot/Tolt Transitions, Figure 8s, 20m Circles, Leg Yield, Shoulder-In, Counter Bending, and Haunches-In. Each exercise is presented with a Lecture, Variations Video, and Manuscript.
